·we train children to become footballers, but also teach them how to become adults
·we consider elite footballer status to be an activity undertaken voluntarily
·we guarantee high quality and diverse education
·we provide the opportunity for several hundred touches of the ball during each training session, which we consider to be one of the keys to development
·we provide the opportunity to utilize a wide range of training tools during the course of our sessions
·we employ a professional staff that is large in size: eager, engaged coaches with good teaching skills who are goal-oriented and well-prepared
·we provide training that is tailored to specific talents and personalities
·we put an extra emphasis on high-level individual training
·we believe in international competition
·we believe in the development of club and team loyalty
·we are proud of and emphasize respecting and nurturing the traditions of more than 100 years of red and blue football and its roots, on the foundations of which we can build our future
During Training
·the primary focus of our philosophy is creativity and a pro-active approach
·neither of the goals above would be achievable without our players being able to make decisions on their own, so the development of decision-making skills is featured in our entire program
·coaches allow players to solve game situations
·we do not rationalize the game
·we urge our players to exhibit as many creative skills as possible
·we employ a principle of learning from mistakes, where mistakes are defined rather as experiences, during which a player can go through situations and learn the proper decisions to make in a given game situation
During Matches
·the most important thing is to create an environment suitable for players personalities and individual characteristics to be able to shine through
·decision-making dynamics that arise in game situations must all fall on the shoulders of players
·coaches cannot rationalize play based on their ideas, they can only help players develop individually
·evaluation on a case by case basis either immediately with some helpful words from the side of the pitch, or conversation after the match about possible mistakes
·coaches can only offer simple and effective words of support, so as not to influence players’ decision-making
players need to experience positive and negative effects in different game situations that they go through during the phases of match maturity
